   Had to wait at the front door even though we had a reservation. Three hostesses at the front door but two were captivated by the screen in front of them with their heads down. The other was watching them, so we went from standing right in front of them to being pushed into a corner by everyone piling into the small reception area. When they finally realized that there were customers waiting they began at the end of line closest to the door. It was a customer that finally told the three of them that we had been waiting first. The waiter was young and very inexperienced. Did not inquire why we were there (for my daughter’s birthday)or how are night was going (So far not well). After taking our order there was really no real contact with us. Others brought our food and drinks. He would only return to ask if “everything was tasting good “ and then “if everything was STILL tasting good “. Conversation is not his strong point. The food was very good! I had the steak and tortellini. The steak was beautifully done and the pasta was firm. My daughter had the tuna poke bowl and really enjoyed it.

   The service was outstanding—truly top-tier. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

   Colin was as good as always. We still find the music too loud, but we put up with it

   We came in for a couple cocktails and a late snack. The Wagyu Beef Oshi Press and Aburi Salmon Sushi Press were incredible! We highly recommend trying them or sharing with your table as a starter.

   Even though the restaurant was extremely busy for a Wednesday night, our server Yousuf took our order and the food and beverages were on the table promptly. We both ordered the blackened chicken and Earls delivered perfectly cooked, well seasoned, moist chicken along with the best warm potato salad in the city. Looking forward to our next visit to Earls!

   Brought my mom in for her 78th Birthday 🎂. Our experience was awesome! Our server was Mayra,she was very attestation and personal, she was excellent!Our food was hot, and delicious! Mom had the BC Burger& Yam fries, Steve had the Chicken Hunan Kung Pow, I had the Cajun Chicken SantaFe Salad.Mom was suprised with a Mini Dessert on the house for her Bithday! OmG!!it had Sticky toffee pudding, and ice cream between 2 almond florentines, We also shared the Basque cheesecake (caramelized vanilla cheesecake, it was the best I've ever had! I asked if its made in house, YES, HOMEMADE , by Mark, it was incredible.All are made in house !! Everything was spot on perfect!

    We always love going to Earls for their Happy Hour and love the atmosphere at this location. The Queen Bee pizza is amazing!
