   Except for the mistake on an entrée which was corrected to our complete satisfaction, the overall experience was very positive and the service was exceptional.

   Burger bottom was wet. Had to send it back. They replaced it. Other food not great. Presentation not to earls standards.

   The hostess that showed us to our table, Maddie, seemed very much in a hurry and didn’t make eye contact, didn’t seem very friendly. I understand it was a busy night but it wasn’t a super welcoming experience. The server was great though.

   Not only was the food amazing; but the service was beyond excellent. This was my first time experiencing Earls, & I cannot recommend this location enough!! I’ll definitely be finding myself coming back to Earls for either intimate occasions, or lively get togethers!

   Earl’s Tin Palace is an institution in Edmonton dining. The ambiance is great, the service top notch, the food wonderful. Tonight my table of five had a hiccup in service. One entree was forgotten and only came after the four other people had completed eating. Having said that the server, Mirella, and the manager made things right. I would highly recommend this establishment for a nice dinner.

   Great lunchtime venue. Shareables of Chicken Strips and Truffle Fries were just the right portion for 2 seniors and it hit the spot. Our server was wonderful. She had the meal divided on 2 plates, making it very easy for us to enjoy. Thank you!
