   I love that whenever we want to just pop in to Earl's for a meal or, as in this case, an after experience nightcap with dessert, they always deliver such a great impression. Angelo and Ali made us feel very welcome and Angelo's service was top notch. The cheesecake was exceptional! It was a very busy night across the mall and Earl's was no exception but the bar area was very comfortable and we could have a nice chat to wind up our evening. Thanks Earl's!

   This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at earls. They were super disorganized and nonchalant about my food allergies. I felt like the managers were vey dismissive about my experience. I asked to speak with a manager about my food allergies when I arrived and she was like “um, okay” and rushed off. My food took over an hour to prepare (grilled Salmon, rice & asparagus) and it was only when I became irritated with the wait time and asked for a manager, my food came to me (literally, two minutes after I asked) stone cold. It tells me my food was waiting unattended in the kitchen. I asked to speak with the manager again, she came out of the kitchen and told me that it wasn’t their best night and it’s better I just left. That is what I did. As I grabbed my jacket, the waiter came by and apologized and wanted me to come by for a “redo” the next day. I’m travelling, so not possible, but in all honesty I would not take them up on the offer. Not good Earls, not good…

   Honestly had a great time. Good food. Only knock I would say is the tv in the lounge has a big black line through it that was annoying to watch the oilers game on. I’ve been here twice in the past 2 months and that tv has been like that. A large corporation should be able to replace a tv in that time. Who knows how long it’s actually been like that. That’s my only real knock on our dinner however as everything else was great.

   Definitely missing the Dynamite Rolls! Service was great . Food was ok. Tried the new sushi on the menu. It was fine but nothing beats the dynamite rolls that has been taken off the menu. We had pizza Crust was a bit burnt. Overall just ok. Different.

   Outstanding service, food and drinks. The atmosphere was like an old log cabin. It is certainly time for a refreshing refurbish.

   I love going to this location normally, and you can tell they are trying to pay attention to detail before people arrive, which I think is great. Where we had issues was during service. I had to ask three different people for a straw before we eventually got one, and no one bothered to refill our drinks during the meal. I tried to ask the waiter for a refill but he just walked away. It wasn’t until after we were done that he asked if we wanted refills. :( We have had other good experiences here, so I’m hoping this is just a one off.

   The terribly loud music in the dining room made for an extremely uncomfortable dining experience. We mentioned the issue to the hostess, who said something about being required to keep the music that loud, which made no sense. Even though the food was really good, we will avoid returning to this Earl’s location due to the extreme noise level —- (I stuffed pieces of my napkin into my ears to block out some of the noise. The music was so loud, it even bothered my husband, who is deaf in one ear. My ears are still ringing, 6 hours later.)
