    Booked a reservation not to wait 45 mins after the reservation, then understaffed which made our server have a freak out because she was new in the industry!

    The food was good, but the services was AWFUL. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to come, we finally caught the servers attention and asked for water and she brought us warm tap water. Then someone did a fly by drop off of bread and salad, but we had no plates or utensils. I think the server forgot about us a few times to be honest. She didn't check to see how our food was until we were done eating, we had to ask for more bread 4 times before we got it, and by the time it finally came we were done eating and ready to go. This was our first time out in almost a year, and it was a huge disappointment.

    We had a reservation but still ended up waiting 20+ min for a table. Because of Covid we couldnt wait inside and it was -30 outside.

    First time back in restaurants and it was freezing! I understand it was one of the coldest weeks of the year but we literally had to use our coats as jackets. We brought it up to the waitress, she gave us the option to move but we didn't think there would be a difference. Please for the love of your patrons, turn up the furnace!!

    Food was good, service was good. Bread loaves and Cesar Salad are amazing! Our open table reservation did not work as they didn’t know about us when we got there but it was very quiet so we got in right away anyway. We love East Side Mario’s!

    My wife and I have been to this restaurant on several occasions. The staff invariably is friendly, competent, and always willing to listen to a special request. They, in my opinion, are what dining at this establishment is all about. The food is consistently good and the ambiance is in keeping with the theme. Overall, we thoroughly enjoy treating ourselves to a dinner here.

    Love east sides! Our server seemed to be MIA and we never got refills on our drinks and our salads came out late and didn’t get bread for a good 20 min after we sat down. She seemed quite frazzled. There was a large table she was also serving but we didn’t see her much that night. The food was great and hot!

    We had bad bacon in all of our meals. Although the waitress was amazing at handling this and we appreciated them taking the food off our bill the cooks need to be careful what they are serving customers. We could have been sick if we powered through the bacon that had gone bad. It ruined all of our dinners. The restaurant it self was clean and welcoming. Again our waitress was a sweet heart, hoping next time we have a better experience.
