   Service was slow and inconsistent. Never got my soup had to ask twice for bread and pasta primavera game with no zuchini or mushrooms..super odd

   ESM's has always been reliable to food quality and quantity for years and it rarely disappoints. You can't go wrong with the unlimited salads/soups and breads. One comment that has changed not only at ESM's, but with most franchised restaurants, is the quality of the service, which is probably more or a training issue, as there was a ton of staff at the restaurant, but the service and attention was somewhat slow, especially after we were seated and had to get someone's attention to start serving our table. Despite the large amount of staff, it seemed that the server appeared to be somewhat overwhelmed with this assigned section, due to a larger party seated near us. A 2nd server would have aided him immensely. Another issue, is the level of noise, which is to be expected, at a venue such as this. Definitely not a spot, for quiet dining, which we didn't expect regardless. Overall a good experience and will for the food options..Just some minor improvements can be made on the service side of the location and dividing up the sections to aid with the possible overwhelmed staff members.

   We had a nice meal out. Good time to visit with a young family as it’s not too overly busy. Only request was to add more sauce to the chicken tetrazzini. Kudos to server Jacob!

   My family and I recently dined at this Oakville location. We were treated with great service throughout our meal. Everyone was very courteous. This restaurant takes pride in customer satisfaction. And not to mention the quality of food was the best of any East side Mario's. Thank you for a wonderful feast!

   The hostess didn’t say hello to us, just asked if our party was already there… you tell us?? You’re the hostess! Are they here yet? We have a reservation so just seat us! The server barely said two words to us.. we were more engaging than she was.. and then they brought out our gender reveal cake, which was cut, icing facing out and lighting candles in it, singing happy birthday. The box said what was inside and I also explicitly told them as well - and asked them just to bring it out in the box to avoid confusion, which apparently was too confusing for them. Not a great experience lol

   Our server was excellent, I believe her name was Steff. Very attentive and efficient. We were pleased with the size of the included side Caesar salad, in a generous separate bowl. We had the Alfredo and the Veal Parmesan sandwich...both were very good. As a side note, this location has lots of free parking.

    Normally I love going to this restaurant but service has gone really downhill. We waited a good ten minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. The kids food came and the kids finished eating before any adult meals were served, and the waitress kept talking to us like we were little kids. And the washroom was so gross it made me question the cleanliness of the place. I won’t be going back for long time.
