   We showed up 10 minutes early and we were asked to wait until our reservation time. We walked around the market and came back and we’re still told to wait because the staff were changing over. Why take a reservation if you know the change over takes place at that time? We had 3 different servers come to our table even before we had drinks. The food was not hot only warm and became cold every quickly. The lasagna was over cook and burnt on one side. The evening was just okay not great

   Overall experience was not great. Had a table we were 15 mins late for, so understandably they gave away our table but they said it would be another 15 mins and we’d get a text for the next table but 45 minutes later we checked in with them and we were just forgotten about. Once seated we were advised they ran out of all their breads and focaccia that would have come with the meals and once the food arrived it honestly just lacked flavour. We got quite a few things on the menu and everything was underwhelming.

   The service was great; the food was good; however not for the price point. The ragu portion was smaller than expected and not as flavourful. The salads were again, fair but not worth the price. Don’t go to the restaurant but stay in the cafe and order a sandwich. Much better value.

   Great experience And Brava to Percila who patiently walked us through the menu and our first Eataly experience. Clearly a proud member of a good team focused on customer experience

    we asked to be seated further inside the restaurant, but we were not accomodated (the innner area is not packed at all) at first, the reason given to us was there iwill be a big gathering in the place where we asked to be seated so we were searted in a noisy area, closer to he entrance of the restaurant after about half an hour later, i asked another server why our request was not accomodated. we were given a different answer. we were told that the inner area is closed after a certain time im not sure wether the staff is just being lnaccomodating, or just does not care. i tried to get the attention of the manager, (i think her name was Germaine) noticed us, however she just passed us by. the only one person who our group saw with a smile on her face was the one cleaning the tables. I think her name was Marissa. the food is great, but the service sucks
