    As always, the food was delicious. The ambiance is engaging and interesting. All staff with the exception of our waitress, were at their usual best and most gracious. We were joining friends visiting from Thailand, and it was more than embarrassing to have such an inhospitable waitress. This was a downside to our dining experience this evening. Embarrassing on our part actually especially so as we made the recommendation as to the best spot to dine. Despite this we’ll be back for the otherwise great experience.

    Burata was too dry, pasta was rubbery, shortrib and polenta was not seasoned at all, super bland and disappointing. Dessert was ok.

    Quality has dipped a bit. It was fine but the pizza and pasta were always great when it first opened. Today the pasta was not amazing, under-cooked and a bit bland.

    Had a great dinner. Food was delicious. Our server was fairly attentive. Large table behind us was incredibly loud with a child who was watching videos on his phone and it was loud, no headphones.

    Not bad. Not Amazing. I genuinely don’t even think our server said more than 8 words the entire experience. Impersonal and indifferent.

    Have eaten here a half dozen times and today was our first disappointment. The focaccia rosa that we love tasted like pizza dough today. It had burnt pieces on it and big puffy swells on it like pizza dough. The tagliatelle bolognese had no flavour in the sauce and because it was al dente, felt like chewing elastic bands.

    We sat at a table near the bar, and the defining moment of our visit was just after the bill was paid, but drinks were still being finished. A bartender shattered a glass and pieces came flying at us and on our table - someone pulled a shard from their hand. While the bartender came over to apologize, no other remediation efforts were made. We didn't finish the drinks on the table and ultimately left. How the unfortunate incident was handled has left us feeling disappointed.
