   We have been to sherway ocation before but this time we came and brought our kids to celebrate my 47th birthday! The waitress we had was not good not attentive quality of her service provided was poor and lacking. I would not come back sadly was looking forward to celebrating my 47th birthday there we left fairly quickly. Very disappointed all because of one staff member ruined my entire vibe and experience even after being there prior

   Wait staff were very poor. Waited over 10 mins to get greeted once we sat down. Other tables sat after us and got water and their orders taken before we even met out server. Another server noticed us getting annoyed and came over and said she will take our order because she doesn’t know where our server is.. our server didn’t check on our food, and we had to ask another server to get our server to ask for the bill. Ruined the entire whole vibe.

   Had a get together with a group of old friends and we all enjoyed our lunch. The pizzas were all top notch as were the pasta dishes. Our server was very attentive and enjoyable to talk too. Will definitely be coming back again.

   Our first time to Eataly and we loved it. The new Restaurant Fest menu was terrific. Enjoyed a limoncello spritz, agnolotti verdi, and the cannolo speciale. We can’t wait to go back. And the best part is everything on the menu is available to purchase in the market so you can make it at home.

    I am exoerienced with EATALY in the middle east, but first time here in Canada. It was a bit disappointing and quality òf food not the same. Ambience is ok but courtesty of servera is best. Overall average experience.
