   They added a ton of extra tables for the holiday weekend. Unfortunately that overcrowded the restaurant and everyone was on top of each other. They also seemed very understaffed, which made the experience subpar. They were out of porterhouse steaks by 630 pm, which was their valentines weekend special. Overall a meh experience for a mid-high end steakhouse.

   My wife and I went here to celebrate Valentines Day. I brought some gifts earlier so when we arrived to check in the hostess was short and rude - like weren’t you just here you can clearly go sit at your table where you left you items. Completely unnecessary and rude. Now on the other hand my server and manager - AMAZING!!! The level of service they provided was top tier! Amazing customer service and first experience

   Reservation was at 9 didn’t order food until after 10. The price for the compared to how it taste and presented felt like a rip off. The servers were not attentive to us at all. The first table they sat us at was visibly dirty. Also again, for how much you’re paying the ambience sucks. It felt like I was at an old country buffet with a table cloth.

   Service was lacking- it was Valentine’s Day so I know it was busy. But it wasn’t as busy as I thought and service should have been better for sure.

   Server, Brie, was very attentive. Only complaint was we were seated at a small round table for 2. It was very cramped and it was difficult for the server to get thru the aisle.

   Service was horrible. We got our food before we even got drinks. The food was just dropped on the table like we were at a greasy spoon diner. It was like we were an inconvenience to the waiter. I would go back for the crab bisque but that’s it.

    First time. Service was kinda slow had to ask for things that were automatically brought out to other tables. Chicken did not taste or look like chicken. Steak was good as was the peanut butter desert.
