We pride ourselves on our prime-aged beef and scratch kitchen. Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications. From sauces to desserts, we develop recipes to create a truly unique experience for our guests. And, while you enjoy your meal, you'll be treated to the one-of-a-kind service we call the "W.O.W. Lovely holiday atmostphere with the Horne's Christmas tree in view. Employees are always so gracious. The server John is our favorite server anywhere!

Eddie Merlot's is our "go to" for Thanksgiving. Everything was exceptional! We had crab cakes, filet mignon pot stickers, Bourbon ribeye, filet mignon oscar style, sweet potato casserole, tempura green beens, all were exceptional! The only disappointment was we couldn't get our favorite dessert, banana's foster, due to being too busy. Excellent meal and service. Will be back!
