Quality, exceptional service, and an unparalleled atmosphere have made Eddie Merlot's one of America's great steak houses over the past 20 years. Eddie Merlot's is an homage to the man and his love of a great steak, a great glass of wine, and a good story.

We pride ourselves on our prime-aged beef and scratch kitchen. Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications. From sauces to desserts, we develop recipes to create a truly unique experience for our guests. And, while you enjoy your meal, you'll be treated to the one-of-a-kind service we call the "W.O.W. Factor."

The food as always was excellent, but service was excruciatingly slow. Our waiter was kind and well versed on the menu, but on a night that the restaurant wasn't even busy it took an hour just to get our salads. By the time our dinner finally got there, we ate so fast because we just wanted to get out of there. There's a saying read the room. Waiters need to read whether their patrons want to sit there for hours or have a lovely dinner and move on.

While Eddie Merlot’s is one of our favorite restaurants and we eat there often, we were very disappointed that they stopped validating parking tickets when eating at the restaurant. They have been providing parking for years and they stopped it with no notice. We were very disappointed and will look for other restaurants when attending cultural events that provide better parking options.

Worst experience ever. Reservation was for 7:45 and we didnt get seated until 9:15. We were told they ran out of certain foods, desserts etc. stayed for a total of 4 hours, we even heard a fight break out in the kitchen. Managers were terrible, service terrible. Lets just say my Thanksgiving was a 2/10, very sad. They ended up comping our entire meal, which made sense. But this place was a complete circus.

Was seated 30 min after 645 reservation. Nearly hour wait between appetizer and turkey meal. No stuffing as advertised. We left Nearly 3.5 hours after intended reservation start not ideal, staff did their best given circumstances

Thanksgiving day was extremely unorganized. I did not get seated at my table until 35 minutes after my reservation time. I did not get food until over an hour after my reservation time. The service was poor. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes before I was acknowledged by the bartender while waiting for my table. Once sat at the table it was another 10 minutes before a server came over. Mari was great she took care of us when no one else did. As far as the food I was not impressed. The quality for the price did not compare.

Our reservation was for 5:15pm. We arrived at 5:08pm. We were seated at 5:40pm. It was Thanksgiving Day. All 4 of us had the prise fixe turkey dinner. Had to ask for the wine list. Two lists were presented at the same time. One was grubby and well-used. The other was a little better, covered with plastic. Waited for 20 minutes for the appetizers (soup & salad). Main course wasn't served until 7:15pm. The restaurant was overbooked, and the kitchen was overwhelmed. The glass of wine I ordered (pinot grigio) was unavailable. Server suggested a glass of cabernet sauvignon, so I ordered that. (Turned out it was twice the price of my first choice). The cup of soup (lobster and corn chowder) had no lobster and no corn. It was lukewarm at best but tasty. Except for the turkey, the portions were small--1/2 cup of dressing, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, a few spoonsful of gravy, 4 asparagus spears and a decent amount of green beans. Again, the food was barely warm. Dessert was creme brulee and chocolate cake, served without utensils. Both the main server and his assistant showed up at different times with 4 spoons, so we ended up with 8 spoons total. Although there was plenty of help, the servers were stepping over each other's toes, making trips to the bar for 1 drink at a time and for the most part bussing their own tables. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this establishment as the food is usually excellent but stay clear of holidays. We overheard that there were 600 reservations for this date.

Eddie Merlot's is our "go to" for Thanksgiving. Everything was exceptional! We had crab cakes, filet mignon pot stickers, Bourbon ribeye, filet mignon oscar style, sweet potato casserole, tempura green beens, all were exceptional! The only disappointment was we couldn't get our favorite dessert, banana's foster, due to being too busy. Excellent meal and service. Will be back!
