    Two couples enjoyed Easter dinner at Eddie V’s. Love the Hope Diamonds! Maddie provided excellent service to our table. Good salads and entrees with the only negative being the lack of my husband’s favorite entree, the ahi tuna.

    Michael C, our waiter, was one of the most knowledgeable, professionals we had at a restaurant. His knoweldge of wine and the menu was incredible. We each had a different dish and they were all delicious. We will be back soon and request Michael, again. Thank you for a lovely evening.
