   My friends and I came for our annual Christmas celebration for snow much fun! I thought we were getting an igloo but the cabana was fun!! Definitely will be back

   We brought extended family here. The service was amazing. The snow did not work in our area but we were able to barely make it to other areas. The guac and spinach dip were great. Beer cheese was not great and the s’mores graham crackers were soft. It was a great experience overall. Probably a one time visit.

   The hostess never offered us an upgrade to sit by fire(which we probably would have paid for since it was freezing) or for a blanket. Got served hot cocoa in paper cups, ordered the smores board and asked for silverware and napkins we were brought plastic ware. For this being a holiday (event) at the JW Marriott, it was sub par. It’s the little things that count. Glassware for a hot chocolate and even asking if we would like a blanket would have made the experience 100 better!

   Overall, they’re not prepared to host tables or a crowd for this experience. I hosted a work holiday night on a Tuesday night, not a peak evening and it was embarrassing to bring my team to this as we’re in hospitality. They weren’t prepared, understaffed. We had to get up to find the server each time we needed anything. They never came back over so we didn’t order additional drinks, they didn’t bring silverware, napkins or plates. Never cleared the table so we spent the night staring at dirty, left over food and overall we overspent on a lousy night. They did however auto add gratuity so they made out in the long run. Save your time and money.

   Drinks were o.k. and so was the food. Service was decent. We just hoped it would be a bit more of a wow factor considering we paid $60 to reserve the fire pit. To serve a $18 espresso martini in a plastic ornament and the less expensive drinks in nice festive glass mugs is something I don’t understand.

    Snow much fun was a blast! We definitely enjoyed the cabana and it was worth the extra cost!
