Final Edgewood dinner service of the 2025 season will be Saturday, April 26th. We look forward to welcoming you back next winter!

Through the doors of our brick entryway, you'll find an intimate space filled with light, an oak bar, an eclectic mix of modern and vintage furnishings, and an expansive view of our grounds.

The Restaurant at Edgewood offers Chef Edward Harder's take on Hudson Valley culinary sensibilities through the lens of an 1800s historic manor house. The timeless menu is inspired by the bounty and seasonality of the Hudson Valley, accompanied by classic libations and a celebratory spirit.

For a relaxed, cocktail-focused experience, join us at the Bar at Edgewood, open Thursday through Saturday, from 5pm - 9pm, with no reservation required.

Thank you to our guests from near and far for checking out Edgewood this season, we’re excited to welcome you back next winter for events like New Years, Valentine’s Day, Restaurant Week, and our favorite, prix-fixe Thursdays. Until then, join us down at our open-air River Pavilion Restaurant + Bar to soak up the sun, catch a breeze, and take in a view of the Hudson River over Rosé and Oysters. Maddie was a great server! We had the HV Restaurant Week menu and the starters were amazing! That's not to say the rest of the meal wasn't that good it's just the starters were so good I'll be thinking about them for a long time. We were especially impressed by the general Tso's cauliflower. Everything was well presented and the space was beautiful 😍

The atmosphere and food were wonderful however 3 of us ordered the pork tenderloin and the accompanying grits were cold.

Beautiful restaurant for date night or out with friends. Elegant setting. Food was delicious. ServiceI could have been a bit better. Waited a little while for drinks. And that is a no no in my book. However, everything else was great. I would go back and try it again.

I went for restaurant week with my friend. It was a very relaxed ambience and being in an old house just added to the beauty of it. The food was absolutely amazing! I had lobster mac and cheese, pork tenderloin with cheesy grits, and chocolate mousse. Everything was so flavorful and the portions were a nice size. The drinks were well made too! I also like that they have their standard menu, but every Thursday they offer a pre-fix menu even when it's not restaurant week. I appreciate options. I will definitely go back.

We had an amazing meal at Edgewood! The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked salmon with velvety puréed cannellini beans, and my husband’s risotto was rich and flavorful. Of course, we couldn’t skip the calamari appetizer, which was crispy and delicious. The service was excellent—attentive without being intrusive—and the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I really enjoyed having the option to sit in the bar area, as this space was gorgeous and low key - very minimal noise level. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional. We are looking forward to returning when the pavilion opens up during the warmer months.
