Our kitchen's formula is product+technique+creativity2. The results are new interpretations of everyday food, expertly engineered into modern cuisine.

edison: food+drink lab fills the gap in the dining scene for the neighborhood joint that serves polished, modern world-class food with an everyday familiarity and comfort. A daily, inventive menu that traverses the chasm between haute cuisine and comfort food, each dish will be a bit familiar, but at once modern.

We currently offer reservations in both the main dining room as well as open air dining in our courtyard. The full dinner menus are also available at our bar, which we keep available to walk-in guests.

We look forward to seeing you!

We offer a 15 minute grace period for reservations. If your reservation plans change, please let us know.

    The BBQ sauce on the mahi mahi was so different and excellent and I enjoyed the okra on the dish just added a different texture and taste The oyster appetizer was also superb It was an anniversary celebration and a complimentary champagne toast was very much appreciated

    I was visiting Tampa and googled best restaurants.I viewed menu and made a reservation. It lived up to the expectations. The tastes were amazing In all the dishes we ordered. The croquettes, the pork belly and the hanger steak. .

    The grouper was delicious, my husband had the Mahi and it was not as good. The butter cake was outstanding. If you’re craving coffee after a delicious dinner don’t get the French press. $7 for hot water. Service was superb!

    Food was overall good, not great, definitely better out there for the price. The service was really disappointing. Party of 6, so 20% tip already baked in to the price, but he certainly did nothing to warrant that amount. He was fairly rude the entire night and it didn't go unnoticed by all 6 guests...Overall good experience, but better options available for that price point, especially considering the lacking service rendered

    This is my 5 times going to Edison and I’m never disappointed. The food, drinks , service And ambiance is outstanding better than some of these other Michelin nod restaurants in Tampa Bay
