Worst dining experience ever! The food was extremely sub par, especially for the price. Our server was delightful and was extremely apologetic though…half of our party was finished with their food before others were even served. We waited for an hour for one entree which we eventually ended up canceling and leaving. Would not recommend!

We had a nice dinner at Edwins. Our server from Argentina was excellent. There were only two of us and we noticed that larger tables took a lot longer to get their meals so keep that in mind. I had the mushroom pizza which I loved my wife enjoyed the Brussels sprouts

Edwin was once again amazing. The views are stunning, the service is great, and the food is delicious. We got the crepes again because they were just too good not to, and we also got the Alpenrock Benedict, and the cinnamon roll and all 3 were such a good ending to our amazing trip to Breckenridge. We really cant wait to come back to hotel Alpenrock and eat at Edwin again!

Service was great, but they tried to bring our entries out before our salads. Unfortunately when the pizzas arrived after the salads the temp was off. The butchers cut was awesome. The wedge was really good as well.

We appreciate your visit and hope to welcome you back soon for an even more seamless dining experience. Warm regards, Rob Duran Director of Food & Beverage

We got Breakfast at the Edwin and it once again did not disappoint. We got some mimosas to start, and shared the Breck-Fast and the Yogurt Parfait. Both of them were great and gave us that much needed energy for the mountain. The Parfait was great and the chia seeds were a nice crunchy addition. The Brek-Fast was also really good, and the Portion was a good size as well. We can't wait for more!

We Had Dinner at Edwin and it did not disappoint. We got Cocktails and Pizzas for dinner and they were all amazing. I got the Old Fashioned and it was really good, All the flavors were balanced and it was really nice after a day of skiing. For food we got the Peerless margarita and Bob Weirs Magic Mushroom Pizza. The pizza was amazing, and the ingredients were really fresh. They are brick oven pizzas and remind me of Italy. The flavors are also really good on them, and they aren't super heavy and greasy either. The crust on the pizzas is great, super light and fluffy. Overall I would recommend Edwin, and We cant wait to come back and try more food.

I had an absolutely fantastic dinner at The Edwin Restaurant in Hotel AlpenRock, and let me tell you, it was just as wonderful as my breakfast there! I kicked things off with the Breck Collins cocktail, and wow, it was so refreshing and perfectly balanced—each ingredient just worked together beautifully. It really set the stage for an amazing meal. And the views? Simply stunning. Watching the moonlight dance on the mountains, with the snow glistening and the distant lights of houses twinkling, created such a magical and peaceful vibe. Honestly, it’s one of the most gorgeous dining spots I’ve ever been to. The service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was just right throughout the evening.
