   Excellent friendly service, fun atmosphere for our kids. The homemade corn bread was delicious, and I enjoyed the chicken and ribs platter.

   We always love coming to Ed’z! The food and service are consistently outstanding! Great ribs, chicken, grilled salmon and amazing salads and sides. Those truffle tots are to die for! If you are anywhere near Edward’s in the Vail Valley you won’t be disappointed!

   We book our Christmas Eve dinner every year using Open Table at Ed’z. This year our large group was ready to eat earlier than our reservation. Arrangements were made to have a table ready for us 15 minutes early. Thank you Ed’z. Atmosphere is always fun, food is great. We had mussels, meatloaf, ribs, salad and a few appetizers. All delicious. Service was great as well. Portion sizes are large and prices are reasonable. We will be back next year. Thank you!!

   Easily the best meal we had in town all week. There wasn't even anything we had that was mediocre or just OK. It was all so well conceptualized and executed. And without a single thread of pretentiousness. Just friendly, casual, and delicious. Also, my wife grew up on a ranch in Montana and said the cowboy beans tasted like home
