    Best value and meal in the Valley! You can't go wrong with Ed'z! The ribs are incredible, fall off the bone tender, great BBQ sauce! The short rib is just as good--normally a really tough decision between the 2 for me. And their prices are absolutely fair--especially for the Valley!!!

    Busy holiday night, but service was great and food was very good. Our server Mark did a great job. Many dishes are comfort food; meatloaf, pot roast, chicken pot pie, all great. Highly recommend!

    Once again the team at Ed’Z delivered an excellent meal and experience on a very busy night. The menu is inviting and the quality is always tops in the Valley. Thanks to the entire team!!

    We met Ed on a chairlift and he told us about Ed’z! We were very impressed! The food was excellent, service attentive and the price reasonable! Both Ed and Steve checked in with us frequently. We will definite add Ed’z to our restaurant rotation!

    We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Miles, our server, was friendly and attentive. Drinks and apps were great. Everyone’s meal was delicious. We’ve been to Edz many times and it’s always great!
