All dishes are deftly prepared using high-quality ingredients sourced from a wide network of regional producers, as well as areas such as Voralberg, Salzburg, Vienna and other Austrian regions. With respect for the original charm of the house, the interior has been carefully renovated and furnished with discreet smoke glass mirrors while preserving the homely brown tones of wood and leather. Wir besuchen das Einstein zwei- bis dreimal im Jahr und lieben die Küche sehr gut. Den Tafelspitz haben wir auch in Österreich nicht besser bekommen. Der Service ist jedes Mal richtig gut.

Charming staff, wonderful room and delicious food. It helped that it wasn’t too busy, we could hear ourselves speaking, and the waiter was lovely, old fashioned service but in a friendly way. We may well go back this weekend to try the other dishes.

Seit Jahren besuche ich Einstein immer wieder. Ich liebe das Frühstück dort und vorallem hat es mir der Kakao angetan. Alles super lecker. Ich weiß gar nicht was ich zuerst empfehlen soll.
