    RUN do not walk - This place is a MUST TRY!!! AMAZING food ….if you are going to pay the amount it cost to eat out then go here where the food is not only real food, that is unique and something you haven’t tried before , but also an experience that can’t be matched !!! Staff is very helpful with the menu and is on their game!!! This place is managed beautifully!!!! All around good vibes !!!!!

    This restaurant was highly recommended to us by a friend and I couldn’t agree with her more! The food quality is outstanding, we loved all of our incredible dishes and the service was excellent! It definitely felt like Mexico City in Dallas! A truly unique place.

    We had a very nice evening at El Carlos! The food was super. Our server Iliana was exceptional. The atmosphere / ambiance is very pleasing. We will be back!
