   Hello Risa, It was lovely meeting you yesterday and we had a lovely dining experience you made our 15th Anniversary special. However, we did have a rather horrible experience with the valet. I have a brand new car, and the valet scratched the car on the front side while parking it. What is worse is he remained silent about it and didn't tell us. We saw it the minute we got home, and it was too late to call the restaurant. There was no scratch before that, and I can prove that from my car dealership because the car was at the dealership for servicing before that. I am currently at the dealership and getting it fixed, and it's costing us $200. I would appreciate it if it is compensated because this incident is rather awful - on any given day, but especially on our anniversary when we trusted the valet with my new car. This experience is now going to cause PTSD in me before I hand my car to any valet service or visit to this location esp. I would appreciate a favorable response from you. Thank you,

   El Carlos Elegante is my favorite restaurant in town! I went to celebrate my birthday and it was the best place to celebrate. We sat at the bar and the bar tenders (as per usual) made the night great. The music, ambiance, company, and food are spectacular.

   There is nothing you can complain about. The only thing that throws off the full experience of a Mexican mansion and meal is the pop music playing (Ariana Grande, Gaga, etc)

   Reminds me of the best restaurants in Mexico City. High quality Mexican dishes ( not Tex-Mex), great ambiance and the service you would expect from a Duro group restaurant. Will be back again and again.

   El Carlos Elegante is such a special place in the Dallas dining scene. The service is always next level. The amazing food could not be any better. My favourite place in Dallas.
