   We took a cousin to meet a sister he never had. Your staff was amazing in giving us the privacy and help when needed. Food was amazing as always!

   One of our dishes didn’t come out after we all had been eating for quite sometime and then another dish was wrong

   Food wasn’t as good as it has been. Service was excellent and fast. Took us longer to drive there than it did to sit, eat and leave. I did not like that we were seated in what seemed to be the loud children and baby room. We’ve eaten there 3 times in recent weeks after not eating there for years. It will probably be awhile before we eat there again. And yes I could have asked for a different seating area and I wish I had.

   It was not our usual El Pinto experience this time. The room was cold as the temperature was dropping. A fire was lit shortly after our arrival, but the doorway that the staff used to access things created a draft. After a while, it then became much too warm. Our server seemed new and didn't get our guacamole order in the system since we got it after our entrees arrived when we asked about it. Our food and drinks were top notch, as usual. We understand that there can be a break in period for new staff and we can roll with the flow. We still highly recommend El Pinto!

   This is a place that I come to frequently for lunch and it is always a treat from the excellent food to the ambience and the excellent service. Today was a get together with some friends and one of the women remarked that the food reminded her of her mother's which was a huge compliment from someone who grew up eating excellent Mexican food. Our server, Lauren, was attentive, made sure we received exactly what we ordered and even took the time to joke with us. We were seated on the enclosed patio which was lovely. All in all, a wonderful experience.

   The Salads are great! I tried the Twin Salsa Salad and the nice portions of Green Chile with Guacamole at the center really help to dress this salad, so I only used half of the actual Balsamic dressing.

   It was luxurious to dine next to a cozy, warm fireplace on such a cold night. El Pinto's green chili sauce is an incredible side to add to any of their carefully prepared dishes. Marisol, our server spent time to give us a wonderful dining experience. Everything was five stars :-).
