   Easter Brunch Very busy, lots of good food. BUT where are the tortillas? The place to get them was the TACO line? There wasn't even a chips and salsa The server stated the Cadillac margaritas were included in the price....yes they did charge us on the bill. $42 + $6 ? I think will try a non-holiday brunch.....at least we will not be on folded chairs and tables in the mall!

   Made the reservation for patio, told no server available. The young lady had no idea what sangrias were. Food seemed like they bought the packages of cheat box meat at the grocery store in the tacos and the consommé was actually red enchilada sauce in a cup. I would have rather gone to the hospital cafeteria to get a tuna fish sandwich and a coke. This would have been better than what was presented at this location. Never again!!!

   I have been going to El Torito for Sunday Brunch for years. Always a great time and the staff is exceptional. Milvia is an outstanding server and I always sit with her when I have the chance.

   Ordered lunch at 12 PM on a Friday. It was quite busy. waitress was good considering how busy they were. Soup  could have been hotter. Food was OK. I thought it was a little inexpensive side for what we got.

   Our party of three took advantage of the enchiladas special for $9.99 and their fajita special for $9.99 and our bill was under $50 with drinks and fresh guacamole that was fixed at table side. The wait wasn’t long but we had reservation.

   Great food and was quite crowded at lunchtime. Many opted for the $17 AYCE lunch buffet or you may order from the menu. As always the chips and salsa are a hit.

    Very VERY disappointed. I really love the El Torrito Restaurants but this time regretfully I felt very disappointed especially bc my husband wanted to celebrate just us on my bday since I was sick on my actually bday this was just to spend that special time. I only felt that Only Mirna the Reservation host gracefully accommodated us to my request, to open a table up little quicker Knowing it was my bday. Also my reservation was fur 6:45pm and was seated still had to wait 20 more minutes bc it was very busy. I did not understand bc there was 5 open tables ready but tables needed to be cleaned and overturned. Which means low staff of servers and bus servers However this made outcome very unpleasant Service was very poor, Our server did NOT mention any salutations or SAY ANYTHING only rushed us to order, Felt like a number. On to the “””Next!!”” He Did not mention any recommendations or offer any specials they were having. Came to us 3 time within the 7 minute sinterrupting us (we had our menus closed btw-) and asking Are you ready yet Muchachas?? Mind- you to ask To order food after just have been seated, to our table not asking drinks first? The Bars Music was SO LOUD & OVERBEARING at this time ? Maybe start @ 8:30pm for DJ and keep Authentic Dining music in the background at least for families and small children I love this music so much however if it carries into restaurant where it overbears conversation it’s JUST very awkward. DJ seems to not care only to blast - I requested to lower but he just smirked and ignored me. This restaurant really needs to address etiquette, to their staff. I am in the Hospitality industry so I have some knowledge on how people should be treated, regretfully this time especially in my circumstances very Dissapointed to say the least
