   I made reservations for six on Christmas at 2:30. It said that it was a brunch and we could have brunch all the way up to 8 o’clock and they said all you could have mimosas we got there we had reservations and we end up sitting outside, it was colder than heck. It took him an hour to come out and tell us that half the stuff we ordered they were out of didn’t have anything that we wanted Drinks or food we got up and we left we paid for our drinks and we went home. you guys overbooked yourself. She didn’t have enough people working there and it was lousy. We won’t be back. I don’t recommend the place whatsoever.

   The people in the front was rude today. The really short lady the greeter made The experience bad! The waitress Juan put a smile on me n my family face. But the food was not good and the manager were a bit rude on Christmas Day.

   This is the first time I went to El Torito on Christmas day with my family and I absolutely enjoyed it! We arrived at 9:15AM and were seated immediately. Taking a look around, staff were still getting food ready and there were very few customers. My family chose to sit inside and once we got to our table, we immediately went to the buffet. There were so many choices from ceviche, prime rib, and birria to the desert selections of churros, flan, and waffles. Everything was delicious; the unlimited mimosas really hit the spot and the service was fantastic! I’m planning on going to El Torito again next year as I found this experience to be wonderful!

   Jasmine was our server and has been on several occasions. Her service is top tier and I thank her for that. The food was better this time around and taco portions were great. Our mimosas were always kept full and Jasmine consistently checked in with us. They did struggle to replace things that were out in a timely fashion but that was a minor issue. Overall our Brunch experience was great. Thank you

   Great Food and Service! Lorenzo is great! Has a large area to cover, but he accommodates everyone!

   For a Thanksgiving buffet, the food was sub par especially for the price we paid

   The service was great!!! I took my parents. They enjoyed it having the freedom to get what they like. All the servers went above and beyond the restaurant was very nice and relaxing and everyone seem to be having a great day. I definitely will we go back.

    Our group of five was celebrating a birthday during Sunday brunch. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the omelets made to order. Erika was an outstanding server. She made sure we had an outdoor heater by our table, and lit it herself.
