Executive Chef Scott Anderson chose the name "elements" for the restaurant because he is passionate about sourcing fresh, local, organic ingredients and sustainably raised meats and seafood. He wants the very elements of your meal to play a major role in the taste of it. Then he and his team work to reveal the complementary flavor dimensions inherent in the elements by skillfully combining them—often in edgy new ways. Restaurant menus change constantly here, making this the dinner restaurant that is excitingly different every time you return.

If you're a foodie, you want to know where—and how--your food grew. It's fascinating, it's a good health practice and it provides extra pleasure from everyday experiences, like a meal with friends. elements is the American restaurant serving local steak and seafood, but with global influences in seasoning and cooking methods. A true culinary adventure!

We had a very nice experience at Elements. Our server’s, Sam and Caroline were outstanding. They presented our five course tasting menu with detailed descriptions. The food was exceptional, fresh and delicious. Ambiance was pleasant, and we could see into the kitchen from our table. Elements was pricey, but certainly worth a special occasion dining experience. We would definitely be back.

You know it’s a phenomenal meal when your 2 13 year olds and one 10 year old clean their plates for every course. Loved it!!!

The tasting menu was quite lovely,! The thinly sliced scallops ceviche was a celebration of tastes on my palate as was the special heavily seeded bread I was served later in the service. I liked it enough to ask to purchase it, and I did. It was a marvelous breakfast bread this morning. I selected wagyu beef as my entree since I had never tasted it before. Oh my, so tender and delicate. I did not know beef could be this tender and delicious. Now that I’ve been spoiled, I no longer want beef unless it is true wagyu beef, Looking into the kitchen was like I have never known a kitchen before. The chefs moved quickly and softly throughout the service without the organized chaos I’ve seen at other restaurants. Nj A feast for the eyes. So special to see the chefs plucking herbs here and there that were placed on the front of the counter. Carolyn was a marvelous, knowledgeable and attentiveness server.
