  Our well known flash fried Brussels Sprouts tossed with our popular house Salsa Macha & Organic Agave Syrup. Drizzled with a Balsamic Vinegar, Mexican Red Wine & Organic Agave Syrup Glaze and garnished with Red Chile Threads. Included with a side of Goat Cheese Crema. Vegan option, substitute Goat Cheese Crema for Cashew Crema

  Green salsa is made with fresh green chilies, fresh herbs, tomatillos, sweet onion & cilantro. Red salsa made with dried chile pequin or chile de arbol, charred tomatoes, fresh & dried herbs. Salsa Macha is our house salsa made with almonds, sesame seeds, garlic, herbs, spices, and a blend of chilies slowly cooked in olive & canola oil. Hot sauce is made and fermented in house with Chile Morita, garlic, and salt

• "Arroz con Leche" Mexica$8.00

  Our version of the traditional dessert typically made with rice, we make ours with chia seeds which were part of the Mexica's diet in Tenochtitlan. Chia seed pudding made with organic coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Roasted coconut flakes, seasonal fruit & accompaniments. Did we mention that it's vegan!

  Black beans from the state of Oaxaca. Cooked traditionally with fresh herbs, avocados leaves, and a burnt onion. Enjoy them fresh out of the pot as Frijoles de la Olla OR refried with rendered lard from our Carnitas!
