   I have been fortunate enough to have dined here several times now and feel compelled to leave this review. There is not one bad thing that I can say about our experience last night. Greg (request him as your server!) gave the perfect menu descriptions and helped us make our entree decisions, as we were ordering things we had not tried yet. The squid ink pasta was so flavorful and not over powering at all. The Pluma WAS THE BEST PREPARATION I HAVE EVER HAD. The cut itself is hard to find on a menu in the first place and is perfectly executed. Meatballs were juicy and delicious and the broccolini will always be part of my order. The managers Aaron and Stephen are so kind and friendly taking the time to stop and check on things. True definition of hospitality. They even took care of us next store at Bambino as well, as we were worried to be able to get in after dinner. Atmosphere and drinks were amazing there as well. Overall the best experience hands down.L! Scottsdale is so lucky to have this new beautiful venue.

   Our waitress Rachael was great and sweet. She made sure that dietary needs were met and let the person know what to eat and not to eat. The food was delicious. The only complaint was that there weren't enough non spicy options. There needs to be more options in each category to accommodate those non spicy patrons. Would love to come back if there more non spicy options. All others in our party will return for sure!!

   The food was excellent. They are still working out the kinks, but the manager came to our table several times and offered an apology and comping the side that was late. He brought us extra food side items when we ran out. He explained the lateness of items and was overly apologetic and humorous. It really impressed us. I have Celiac’s and they made me feel comfortable about their knowledge and what was available gluten-free- which was a lot. It was a great dining experience in spite of a few snafus which the manager handled very well.

   What could be better the an amazing meal at Elephante. After finally find this new location we were greeted by lovely greeters/hostess. Shown to a great table by the window. Erin was our server and she was a delight. Ordered cocktails and of course Whipped Eggplant! Amazing and better than I remember!! Entrees were served, pasta and fish, all amazing. They needed our table for more seatings so they asked us to move to a bar table. No problem. Have visited another location and was excited for this one, which is closer to open. It was beyond and I can’t wait to go back again. Bravo! For other guests, please get better signs for entry.

   Incredible service, not too packed for lunch time, sopresatta (or something) pizza with honey was absolutely delicious along with the whipped eggplant dip. Our drinks were delicious and we loved the desert sunset

    We had a great time at Elephante. The food was so good, and everthing came out quickly. Our server Rachel was amazing and we really enjoyed the entire evening.
