    Paid $180 (drinks not included) for an 8:15pm valentines dinner reservation only to be seated at 9:30pm and eat dinner by 10:15pm. Honestly I just felt so bad for the hostesses and servers for being failed by their managerial staff. Just say you don't have reservations for people instead of making them wait two hours before they're seated, it's not that deep. Maybe this place is cool when it's not Valentines Day, but I'd highly recommend perhaps Olive Garden or Chili's over this establishment for any esteemed celebration. The staff was absolutely lovely, but very overwhelmed.. and how could they not be when given an impossible task?! Food was actually so good so no complaints on that end!

    Valentine’s dinner. Paid $180 in advance. Arrived and was going to take an hour. I was offered outside seating but at 47 degrees and few heaters it was no go. Had to get a receipt for money back and scramble on for Valentines dinner.

    It was absolutely ridiculous how bad they managed the restaurant. I showed up on time but they had canceled our reservation and given our table to someone else. The hostess was no help and had zero remorse and told me I wasn’t able to get my prepaid money that spent. The audacity to ruin my valentine dinner and take my money was astonishing. I finally got ahold of the manager and he was able to sit us, but after a long wait and an exchange of unpleasant words. Even when we were sat it took 20 minutes for our waters to be filled. Every course came out cold…Overall I will never be back.

    We went to Eleve for a Valentine's Day dinner and it was the worst experience. From the moment we arrived, it was total chaos. Our reservation was for 6:45 and there must have 40 people waiting for their reservation as well because the entire place was backed up. It was finally about 7:45 before we were seated (and I believe they would have totally forgotten about us if we did check back with them multiple times to tell them we were still waiting). When we finally did sit down an hour after our reservation time, we waited another long time to just get our appetizer which was cold and tasteless. We never did receive our main course even though we waited about 2 hours after we were seated. Ultimately, we spent about 3 hours at Eleve and had received one appetizer (that was not good) and we walked out before receiving our main course--- because the waitress said it was going to be an even longer wait. The couple next to us had the same experience and also walked out. It appeared they had a total breakdown on Valentine's Day. I would not go back here.

    Why would you do that to your employees? Let’s begin with the reservation system. You took reservations AND had to pay in advance. Absolutely no problem with that however you knew how many people you had reserved to dine and you had their money. If you did not have the employees, why did you accept paid reservations? A 630 reservation was seated at 6:50. No a huge problem except that made the 7:30 reservations seated at 8:45. How do I know this, because we were sitting next to one at 8:45 waiting for our main entree dishes to be removed. So from 6:50 to 8:45 we were served a subpar appetizer and a very basic entree. This was in addition to no bread and one water refill. The employees were running ragged and worked their butts off! Kudos to them for not walking right off the floor! After sitting for two hours and not even close to seeing our dessert, I found my waiter and gave him cash for our drinks from the bar and an additional tip (there was a $30 service charge added when you reserved your seat). The food was edible but seriously basic and very small portion. Rice and duck were plain with zero flavor. Duck was actually dry. How does duck get dry! Butter bean hummus…….seriously…… This is a beautiful hotel and beautiful restaurant. I am sure a normal lunch or dinner would be excellent. This was a pure money grab.
