The experiance overall was good. I had a rare steak which was cold on the outside when I got it. The rest of the tables was fine. I didn’t say anything while there as I ate it anyway. It was a first time visit for us and we may be back, but I would be more likely to question my steak before I ate it all.

My wife and I had a reservation on Saturday evening at 7pm. Although we had the reservation, we were rushed from the moment we walked in. We were rushed to our table, rushed to order quickly (though we wanted a relaxed dinner), rushed to order drinks (their special and a basic gin mixed drink and then having to wait half an hour to get them) and finally rushed to pay and leave. As soon as we'd finished eating and declared we weren't sitting around drinking, our server had the bill printed and was stood in front of me with the machine. We didn't even get a chance to sit and relax for a minute after eating before the manager was ushering us out of the booth. The food was mediocre, at best. The deep fried onion bloom dish they do was tasty enough but was either scalding hot or nearly raw. There wasn't any consistency to what we ate. The main meals (both chicken dishes) weren't hot, or even warm, really. The spinach chicken is just a dollop of their spinach & cream cheese dip splodged on top of 2 thin chicken breasts. The Cajun chicken breasts were excessively spicy. Yes, I know it's supposed to have a good kick but this was a crazy amount of heat for a community restaurant. It was also very dry as though it had been sat out for a long time before we even got it. The rice that came with dinner tasted like a boxed rice that was sit in brine as all you could taste was salt. The plating and portions were a joke too. My dog could arrange the 6 small pieces of broccoli and Rice-a-toni like rice on the plate in a more appetizing way. For what's supposed to be a higher caliber restaurant they very certainly fell short of the mark. Maybe a weekday visit might be better but I certainly won't visit on a weekend again.

First time here and it was busy! Despite the overall noise level when we were seated in our booth it was easy to carry on a conversation. The food was excellent. My husband had the ribs and I had the chicken and peach salad. We enjoyed the Friday special which was $10 off a bottle of wine. Everything was very reasonably priced too. We will be going back! Thank you for an enjoyable evening!
