Mich better experience this second time regarding the service. The first time we went to see Tony Campbell at Eliza they had limited service and the place was packed. We had a good time but not having enough waiting staff was chaotic. This time there was plenty of waiting staff and we were able to focus on the entertainment..seeing Tony Campbell his performance was awesome!

The winter pop-up bar was classy and not overwhelming. It was still beautiful! The ambience and friendliness of the servers definitely made me give this a 10/10.

So they have a shortage of staff the guy who drives for the hotel was helping wait tables. Look this place is cozy and nice but they need to fix the staff shortage issue. I will say those who helped were so nice and did the best that they could. The place was packed but it had a nice ambiance and Tony Campbell and his band was awesome. I love the mature crowd too.

Although I had a reservation, there was a private holiday party going on. There were a few tables that non-party goers were using but when I finally was able to get an employee and ask about our reservation, they were extremely annoyed. She said she would see what she could do but never returned. Then a band started and was so loud and I realized if we did get a table, it would be right next to the band. That is when I left. I left a message for the manger the next day but have yet to hear back.

This was an unexpected treat for our party of 6. A single waitstaff/bartender, Andrea, handled all of well in spite of a party of 12 entering just ahead of us. (Definitely short staffed) but she kept her sense of humor and met our every need. AND the food was GREAT! We even asked the chef to come out so we could express our appreciation. We plan to return when we go back to Pittsburgh for a Steelers weekend.

This could be a first-class place if they can get adequate service. Our waitress was lovely, but was the only person working the restaurant area - on a busy night with 50+ patrons. We waited 40 minutes to get a drink. The food was OK. The upside is that this is a very cool and modern venue. The jazz band (Tony Campbell) was a treat!

Nice place and location-- inside a hotel. Bartender was also the server, so they are short on staff (like many). He was very helpful interactive. Food was good. I wouldn't say stellar, but served the purpose. I would go there again especially if staying in that part of town.

Food was mediocre. It was not busy but they were understaffed and so service was extremely slow. Staff that was on hand seemed truly miserable. Would not recommend.
