   We attended Chef Patroni’s family style dinner and wine pairing. The food was outstanding. The special drink of the night and wine pairings were great. Listening to Chef talk to us about his inspirations and experiences that influence is cooking was the best treat, of the night. It was our first time at Ella’s and we look forward to future visits.

   We dying here for a lunch/brunch on a Sunday to celebrate our anniversary and the toys restaurant couldn’t have been any better. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent and very fresh. We love going out to experience new restaurants and are in love with Ella’s now that we’ve tried it. We are big Christian Petroni fans so with looking forward to this meal , it definitely met our standards and we were very happy with the whole experience

   Great wine selection! Great food! A little disappointed that the Caesar salad was made with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine but that's where the disappointment stopped! Our waiter was great! And the food was delicious! Four star food in a casual atmosphere! Will definitely go back!

   Nestled in the heart of the Hyatt Centric hotel, Ella’s by Christian Petroni is a gem that offers a memorable dining experience. We visited for Sunday brunch and were greeted by the convenience of paid valet parking and an easily accessible parking lot directly across the street. Upon entering the beautifully decorated restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by Savannah, our delightful waitress. Her friendly demeanor and expert suggestions elevated our dining experience. Following her recommendation, we started with the Fried Meatballs – a must-try that left us craving more! For our main courses, we indulged in the Caprese omelette and a single pancake. Each dish was scrumptious, offering generous portions that ensured we couldn’t finish it all. The flavors and presentation were simply top-notch. Ella’s by Christian Petroni is a culinary haven that combines excellent service, mouthwatering dishes, and a charming atmosphere. We highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful brunch experience!

   Service was friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Mozzarella sticks were great. My husband loved his chicken parm and ceasar salad. Love that the salads are served in the old school Italian restaurant bowls. The vodka sauce was quite good as well and the pastas were fresh. Only rec- figure out a way to block off the entry door somehow with a curtain so all of the cold air doesn’t come in every time the door opens or have people enter through the hotel. Probably only matters during the winter.

    Be aware - despite interior design - this is dressed up hotel food. Ordered the tagliatelle - not served hot and just average. Meatballs are fried - small and dry. Not worth $20+. Quick lunch and it was just average.
