   Went for an anniversary, planned our next special occasion to Elliott's while we were there. Great food, perfect service. Atmosphere was spot on. Thank you for making our special event even better.

   Our first visit... hostess was great and acknowledged our anniversary and sat us upstairs at a really comfortable table. We tried one glass of wine (can't go wrong) as well as a drink from the bar which was made to perfection. The appetizer was kind of a let down, prosciutto wrapped lobster, $35 for that was a bit up there and it wasn't that spectacular. The lobster mac an cheese wasn't anything special either, 2 big chunks of lobster on top of the mac, it was good but I was expecting more lobster pieces mixed in. Our steaks (filets) were great, absolutely cooked to perfection. The service was what you'd expect from a fine dining experience. The creme brulè was good, however I prefer mine warm with berries. Overall, it was good, not great. We discussed whether we'd return and it came to be a "probably not". Mostly due to trying to find parking in that chaotic area. Our bill for 2 of us was just shy of $300 before tip... I hope this review helps you make your decision and experience the restaurant for yourself.

   Filet was tender and good as expected at a steak restaurant. Did not care for Caesar salad as too much dressing. Sides were very large and suitable for 4 rather than just two. Not a fan of open kitchens and unfortunately was seated next to kitchen. Should have asked to be moved but didn’t realize how bad it would be. It was husband’s birthday as noted on reservation so I didn’t want him to have to stare into kitchen so I did. The fluorescent lights from kitchen were very harsh on the eyes and the hustle and bustle of servers getting food very distracting. Also my seat back was practically touching person behind me and I felt crowded. Would not go again unless requesting second floor or booth away from the kitchen.

   My wife and I have been looking for a new Chandler, AZ steakhouse and discovered Elliot's when booking for our 20-year anniversary. This is our new go-to place. The location is great, the ambiance is amazing, the service was fantastic, and the food is outstanding at a good value. We will definitely be returning.

   The waiter Peter was excellent and this review is in no means a reflection on him or his amazing service. This review is based solely on the EXTREMELY poor management of the restaurant who, despite several messages failed, not only to respond, but also to act and provide a decent celebratory experience to my employer for whom I made the reservations. The restaurant clearly has no idea how to cater to VIP guests. I clearly indicated in the reservation that this was my employer's birthday and I also explained who they were. Upon arriving, the staff had no idea who they were or that it was his birthday. They were NOT shown to the table I specifically requested via message and call and no one even said happy birthday to my boss. Needless to say, I would never EVER book at this place until they learn proper manners.

    The ambiance and decorative style is very beautiful. Unfortunately, we had quite a few mishaps throughout dinner. Starting with the valet, not sure sitting down in a chair with a backwards cap is the best look. After being sat for a while at our table, the waiter finally came over to take our drink order. Sat for another long while before our cocktails showed up. When we finally got our food, the waitress spilled my steak sauce all over the table which caused it to splatter onto my white skirt. Then when I went to eat my steak there was a black hair on my plate next to it. Also, the AC was blowing so hard my steak cooled down within seconds. I think this place has a lot of potential but need to work on the fine details. Wont be back anytime soon
