   This is one of my favorite restaurants. You’ve really gotta explore off the steak menu (although that’s superb) as the lesser known more eclectic dishes are delicious. From the veal chop to the lamb rack, the prime rib of swordfish to the oysters with shaved cucumber ice, this menu is simply divine. Six stars for the food alone. Great wine list too and high end champagne by the glass - loved it.

   Our server, Louis was exceptional and very attentive. Amando, the SA was very friendly and humble, too. Dinner was delicious, the cocktails were well made. Great experience! Highly recommend.

   Our dinner was delicious. Our service was very attentive. We had a nice anniversary. Like others have said in their reviews, the restaurant is noisy. There was a very large group near us and it was hard to enjoy ourselves with the raucous laughter. I'm not against people having a great time, but it seems like large groups could be sat in a separate area, away from smaller, more intimate parties. We noted it was our anniversary so you would think they would locate us a little away from the large party.

   This was our first, and definitely not our last, visit to Ember & Rye! The food was excellent. 3 of the four steaks were perfectly cooked and the 4th was fixed without question. We shared four sides: carrots, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms and the cream corn brûlée. All paired well with our steaks. The corn could have doubled as a dessert. Service was exemplary. Jeremiah(?, he was from New Hampshire) was so pleasant and helpful. The only sort of let down was the cola chocolate cake for dessert. The frosting/filling was very good but over all the cake was meh!

   Fantastic dinner!! The cucumber ice on the oysters was a game changer!! The Bahn Mi meatballs were a great recommendation from our server. The Denver steak was perfectly cooked and the potato puree was smooth and rich without being gummy. The lobster and crab bucatini is a very filling portion that can be easily shared. We did not get dessert but we will be back to try every item on the menu.

   Ember & Rye steaks are always great. Their server Jesse is amazing, he remembered what drinks we like from the first time we were there as well as how we like our steaks prepared (wife no butter/ no sauces) Would highly recommend. Not overall too fancy, but nice atmosphere.

   Had a lovely day celebrating my birthday. Weather was great so sat outside overlooking the golf course. Calamari was light and crispy and the pork/shrimp katsu burger was good. The “ketchup” was a bit overpowering for that dish but it was on the side and really the only negative and that was minor

   Overall, we had a fantastic experience in our group of 6 a nd would recommend a visit. Everything was delicious that our group tried. Among the favorites were the bahn mi meatballs (though small and few), eggplant bulgogi, lobster croquettes, veal chop, bucatini, potato puree, Brussels sprouts, broccolini. Our server and entire staff were great, friendly, and attentive. Choosing your own steak knife seemed a little pretentious. The room noise level did get a little loud, so it became difficult to hear across a large table despite being in a back corner.
