Ordered the NY Strip. It lacked flavor and the meat was tough. The brussels sprouts were great as well as the bread. The service was good. A little hard to find as it's in the back corner of the complex. Overall would try something different next time.

Ember and Vine, a new addition to the dining scene at Palmas Del Mar bills itself as a “ Tuscan Steakhouse” but it was anything but. The 60.00 ribeye was tough, grisly and tasteless and the Cacio e Pepe an inauthentic version of a Roman favorite. In addition, they use a cheap trick to increase the gratuity by adding it to the total bill AFTER tax, which is sneaky and probably not noticed by most diners. The tip should be paid in the cost of the food not the tax on the food. Very disappointing evening.

Great food once again . This time tríed the pasta and shrimp which was delicious and also the chocolate cake which was amazing.

My husband and I went for our 30th anniversary. The service was superb, the food was very good. I loved the Limoncello Spritz.

Lovely place. It’s a shame they hand you a take home box to scrape your food into after dinner. Ruins the eating out experience. Also the paper napkins are not so fine. They had linen for awhile. Overall good restaurant with terrible acoustics.

I have been residing in Palmas for the past 7 years and there is truly no comparison to the type of experience we had on December 31st. The food, the service, the ambience was simply amazing and comparable to restaurants in too cities in the world. I would definitely be back !!!
