   Ember is our absolute favorite restaurant in St. Simons. We come into town twice a year for conferences, and you’ll find us at Ember both nights every time. The owners are hands-on, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, the staff genuinely cares and provides amazing service, and the food is made with love. Every visit feels special — Ember is truly a highlight of our trips.

   Ember never disappoints. It offers the best drinks and food for the best happy hour experience. Whether celebrating or dinner out, Ember is a wonderful choice.

   We enjoyed an early dinner. Service and food were very good. Baked Brie starter is quite small, not really a shareable. Salad entrees were fresh and inventive. Fish of the day was Redfish and delicious. Grits were amazing. Flatbread was not as crispy as we like it, but tasted ok.

   Such a wonderful experience my friends and I had here!! The owner, Bill, was so friendly towards our group and gave us a tour of the restaurant/provided us with great recommendations! I cannot recommend this place enough for the food, drinks, and atmosphere! We even made reservations for future dates right there at the table! Thank you to Bill and the Ember Team for your dedication to your customers and your quality of food and drink! We will 100% be back as much as we can!

   We were seated on time, our server went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of the entire evening. The food-fabulous. We all 4 ordered different things and everyone enjoyed each dish. Wonderful evening.
