   There weren’t a lot of choices for entrees and everything was extremely overpriced compared to other comparable restaurants. Great service. Definitely were paying for the ambience.

   The waiter was very unacceptable. 1. When asked if he knew the GA score he told us he had no interest in football and had no idea what the score was. 2. My water glass was so far away, I had to lean over to reach it. The same thing happened to my other beverage....far from my reach. 3. When he came back with my credit card and bill, he placed it very far from my reach. Normally the staff here introduces themselves, shows some delight in serving us, engages in conversation. Not this guy. It was the worst service ever here.

   The menu has a nice selection of small plates as well as full entrees. I always enjoy the grilled Caesar salad and a Margherita pizza and a signature cocktail. A member of our party had the fish and it was outstanding and the roasted carrots that came with it were fabulous (carrots - who knew?). The short ribs were excellent too. Our service was prompt and our server was very good, especially considering it we had a group of 8 and the table behind us had 10.

    This was our second time at Ember and the food was excellent with large portions as well. We had an elderly couple with us and they split a dinner and even their portions were actually more than they could eat. Our server was very kind and friendly. We recommend Ember for a great meal.
