   Our server at Ember was amazing! She gave great recommendations. Was very attentive to our table and had the best personality. Thank you Kira for making the experience so wonderful. The food was good and the drinks were amazing.

   Wait staff was awesome and made sure to curate to our dietary restrictions (my friend is allergic to peppers). Food was incredible, atmosphere was wonderful, and the drinks were great.

   Honestly this is one of those places that you kind of don't want to leave a review for, because you can still get a reservation day-of. The food is all incredible, and I don't use that term lightly. I had the steak frites over the summer, and have been dreaming about it for months. Months! Not often can you go back and have a meal recreated when you had such a great experience the first time, but this lived up to (my own) hype. My boyfriends meal (braised short rib) was also fantastic, and we both agreed that we could go back the next day and enjoy the same meal equivalently. Way to go Ember! Service was fine, nothing outstanding.

   The best food I have had in a long time. Service was great. There wasn’t one thing I ate that I didn’t love. My only con would be the noise level. It’s a very intimate setting and gets loud when full.

   If you are going to be open in a busy holiday that’s great !! BUT plan accordingly! Make sure only to have reservations and try to have enough servers!! That way you’re not taking walk in people and giving ABSOLUTELY bad service !! You go by a 2 hour service .. but when you’ve only have been asked twice by a server what you would you like to drink and what food order and 1 hour goes by and not even asked if you’d like the drinks refilled . Then I went up to the server to cancel our order , low and behold we get served the dinner cold . Such a disappointment!! I get it everywhere is short staffed but again if you are short staffed plan on reservations only !! The bartender was the only one downstairs and I saw many walk ins just sitting at the bar getting service . Needless to say Christmas was RUINED not only by the whole service incident but by me speaking up and I’m sick and tired of the service saying we’re short staffed !! Also husband and son just like to sit there and complain about it all but once I do something about the situation they get all mad so Christmas Eve this year was the worst !!

   We usually love going to Ember. We got there at 7:15 for our reservation and by 8:30 Our entrees still had not arrived. We ended up having to take it to go because we had someplace that we needed to be. It was not busy that night and there were many empty tables. Not sure why it took an hour and 15 minutes to get three entrées out.

   Everything was just stellar. The music was an odd choice though. The ambiance says piano, but it was playing 90s alt rock and pop hits, rather loudly. But the food and service was amazing. The steaks were done to perfectly, and the cocktails were both inspiring and divine.

   Absolutely delicious food and service . We found out that they were out of snap peas for the Blistered Wasabi Snap Peas appetizer but they replaced them with Brussels sprouts we liked the Brussels sprouts better on the App and would definitely recommend replacing the snap peas with them if you have the opportunity. They also have a great selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. They have Guinness zero which is one of my favorite beers and hard to find in the area. I had the Spicy Vegetable Rice Noodles and they were bursting with flavor and highly recommend as long as you are ok with some spice. By far the best noodle bowl that I have ever had. Our server was attentive and absolutely wonderful she gave us a great description of the plates that we were interested in and gave us some recommendations based on our taste in food. I can’t recommend this place enough. I would recommend getting a reservation because it can get very busy.

    We arrived about an hour early, to grab a drink upstairs. When we discovered there was a private function, we were invited to be seated for our reservation immediately. Great introduction. Our mussels appetizer was very tasty. The NY strip w/ bourbon peppercorn sauce was fantastic. Cooked medium rare to a tee, perfect. Great cocktails, and a well-aged bottle of Tuscan. Our server Erin was terrific, very engaging and attentive. This was our third time at Ember, and they're 3 outta 3.
