I've had many Revillion dinners over the years and this was the best by far. The food was terrific and the portions were huge. Every course was fantastic. Each of the for courses was better than the last. If I was going to be here next week I would probably go back.

This is a very pretty new restaurant at Caesar’s, and we’ve enjoyed brunch there on a previous trips and on this one — those have been nice enough experiences. But dinner experience was terrible. We were a party of 3, seated at bar high top, arrived on time for reservation. Ordered a round of drinks & “bread service” ($5) — over an hour before that arrived. Baked Brie - another 20 minutes. 3 entrees— nearly another hour. So if you’re cool with nearly 2.5 hours before your main meal arrives, then this is the place for you. They blamed the kitchen for being “slammed” and unprepared, but I watched our second round of drinks sit at the bar (6 feet away) 10-15min before they were served. So the kitchen was not the only team off their game. To be fair, all of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and polite. But they never once apologized or acknowledged the ridiculous wait times or nearly 3 hours we sat there. Also the food was not cheap, and was not especially delicious. So there’s that. No more dinners here for us.

My husband and I were staying at Caesars Hotel Casino, and decided to try the Emeril’s Brasserie restaurant for brunch. Big mistake!!! For an Emeril Lagasse restaurant we found the food subpar and very overpriced. I had the “Lobster Pot Pie”. It’s no where near worth the $43.99 price. It did contain a lot of little bits and pieces of lobster and I mean little bits. Aside from that fact when I received it, it wasn’t hot. I could say I’ve had chicken pot pies at Cheddars restaurant that was far more tastier and cheaper and served hot. My husband had the Lafayette. He ordered his eggs over easy which came out overcooked. The hash browns tasted like it was made from frozen potatoes. The Boudin was good. If you like blood sausage, you’ll like it. According to the menu, it also comes with collard greens, but it didn’t. And then there was the buttermilk biscuit which was not edible. It was hard like a brick and did not come with any butter or jelly. Bottom line, nothing we had ordered was any good. What a shame and a black mark against Emeril. My husband and I dine out quite a bit and we could care less how much we have to pay as long as it’s good and worth it. For the size of the restaurant and the time which should’ve been the height of brunch and supposedly busy, there were, including my husband and I, a total of 16 people dining in the entire restaurant. At least we can say, “been there, done that” and we definitely won’t do it again.

The restaurant was ok. Just as you walk in the casino, so entry noise/cold air was present. Menu at the restaurant was different from the Open Table app menu, which was a bit of a disappointment. They had to find a bartender to make our drinks. Then they were made and sat for awhile before being delivered. We were done eating by the time they arrived. Food was very tasty & quickly delivered

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was beautiful. However, they did not let you know that they charge for bread, but ask you if you would like some. And the food was good, but not excellent which I would expect at the type of restaurant overall, the experience was fair and something that is worth doing once.

The food was delicious and the serving sizes were robust. The steamed mussels were terrific, and could have been a meal all on their own. The pork chop was absolutely gigantic, and without a doubt the best I have ever eaten. Emeril’s restaurants have never disappointed me Ted me, and this was no exception.
