   By far the worst service on the Emerald Coast. Our waitress clearly did not want to be there. The food was ok. Now I know why I could get a reservation 45 minutes before we dined.

   Excellent service and food. Wonderful atmosphere. Try the pineapple upside down cornbread for an appetizer. Delicious! We all ordered different things and everything was delicious! Olive oil cake and Banana Cream pie for dessert.

   Slow wait staff with a cavalier attitude and very unmotivated. The kid who cleared the dishes (busser) was the best worker with a good attitude and a smile. The food was subpar. The gumbo had very few pieces of shrimp and andouille. It was mostly liquid. The pork chop was room temperature. The burger was very smoky in flavor. Server forgot my fries that I ordered. This used to be an awesome place to eat. Cocktail was pretty good. Wine selection was pretty good. Very disappointed that Emeril’s isn’t better considering the expensive price tag.

   We love the ambiance and the food offerings at EMERIL’S. However, the service was very slow. It appears that the restaurant has a severe staffing shortage. Our server was very apologetic, and we appreciated that. We will be going back. However, I posted this comment for those patrons anticipating a nice meal without delays.

   Emeril’s is Always excellent!!! The Service is always outstanding (Justin is the best). The food options are vast and the ambience is amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
