Unfortunately we had some issues, took over 1.5 hours to get food while others around us came and went. When we asked about our food the waiter made it seem it was the kitchens fault but admitted later to making errors on our meal anyway. We never received one of the sides, my wife’s steak was cold as if it had been sitting for 30 minutes, the wine we ordered was unavailable so of course recommended a more expensive bottle. My sons French fries were the last to come out and were hotter then the surface of the son However given all that the food we did receive was absolutely amazing, the filet and lobster tail were best I’ve had on the islands. The management was also great, they handled our issues and went above what we had expected. I know it’s a newer place so hoping it was just a slip up as we definitely would like to try it again.

Service was awful. After thr initial service of water our drinks took 20 mins to come to us. After that our server didn't come see us till about 10 mins after that. After our appetizers we waited 45 mins for our food. No one came to check us and the manager did not even apologize for it. A table who had no reservations and was seated way after us got there food before us. They didn't even check up on us until we decided to complain. Overall one of the worst experiences we had. I know it was Mother's day but no excuse for horrible service.

Great ambience. The wait staff did their best to accommodate all incoming guests. However, there was really not much of a process. Two parties have been skipped and the wait staff assisted the one who just literally walked in. No situational awareness when the two parties literally just in front of the wait staff for a bit 5 minutes. The table arrangement was very simple and able to enjoy the sunset while we wait for our drinks and food. The complimentary bread was good. I did not mind waiting for the long wait on appetizers and lot longer for the main course. In the beginning, the staff was attentive with water and bread if needed refills then the long wait began. I will say I was glad we got our dinner and enjoy the company of my family. I just felt bad for the three tables around us who sat way before us and enjoyed their drinks and maybe bread and appetizers. But then, their main course seemed like never arrived. After spending almost 3 hours and ready to call it a night, it is just when those tables received their main course dinners. Yet again, the common theme for the night was a lack of situational awareness for the staff who walked multiple times pass those empty tables with guests waiting patiently for their food. The filet mignon and rib eye bone-in were definitely delicious. My wife and I enjoyed the crab cake. It was an ok experience and marked on the list as tried. But, most likely not coming back.

We were really looking forward to this dinner, but sadly it was the worst Mother's Day dinner I ever had and it definitely ruined the night for my whole family. If I could give no star, I would! The restaurant has lovely view of the marina and Hilton beach. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and promptly seated. The receptionist lady was very welcoming! 3 of us decided to order from the special Mother's Day menu, $120 per person including appetizer, entree, dessert and a glass of Prosecco. We also added a dozen oysters. Appetizer was great, tried to get waiter's attention was impossible but no big deal as they were busy. Prosecco didn't come with appetizer but a lovely lady kept our water glass filled. When we finally asked about Prosecco, it took over 20 minutes to show up. At this point, tables around us were all waiting, nobody had food on their tables. Things started to go downhill fast. 40 minutes go by, waiter finally stopped by apologizing for the wait "sorry kitchen is a bit backed up, everybody decided to show up at the same time" Ha? the restaurant reservation system took them in! Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiter pays no attention, and when he came by again, he said "yours coming up, it's #3 on the list". Well, another 45 minutes go by, still no food, but tables around us, despite arriving after us, got their entrees. We stopped the waiter and asked him for a manager, 10 minutes later no manager came by (I bet the waiter never told the manager). My husband finally went to find a manager, who came to our table 10 minutes later and offered to check on our order. No thank you! At this point, no food will be enjoyable. Your restaurant has ruined my Mother's Day, and more importantly, you ruined the precious time I get to spend with my daughter who is here attending college and who I only get to see a few times a year when we visit the island. I am glad I didn't pick your restaurant for her graduation dinner this week!

Tonight, on Mother’s Day, is the worst dining experience we had at Empire Steakhouse. Poor service: waiter gave us someone’s order similar to ours but the sides were different. After finally having our orders, many items were missing, steaks were over cooked, utensils missing and waiter spilled my water and got my clothes wet! Lastly, we waited for our desserts for awhile only to find out they ran out of some of our orders. Needless to say, we had our dessert taken out as we have been there for 3h from our reservation ! Horrible experience! The food taste was mediocre. Ambience was great! Never coming back!!!!

Beautiful location. Great service. Food was disappointing. Chicken parmigiana was dry and tasteless. Too thick and sauce was too salty. Very disappointed. Wife’s surf and turf was a little overdone.

My family went for an early birthday dinner at this newer steakhouse, and we were very pleased with our table and the view. There were plenty of servers, but service started a little slow, not as quick with drink refills and getting our appetizer order. The main course came out relatively quick. We all ordered filet mignon ranging from medium rare, to medium, to medium plus. The medium rare steak was overcooked, but the staff fixed that right away. The medium and medium plus were a tad overcooked, but we ate them and they were tasty! We had macaroni and cheese, garlic rice, and creamed spinach, as well as a salad. The sides were delicious. It's pricy, but my family enjoyed it. We will definitely be back for another special occasion!

    妻と一緒にオニオンリングとサーフ&ターフ、付け合わせの野菜を頂きました。サンセットの時間帯で静かな雰囲気の中で過ごせて、思い出に残りました。日本語も通じるのでお勧めです。
