   A truly magical experience, I cannot wait to come back again. The food was wonderful with the service, and the staff was incredible as well.

   This is a super cute place. The food was very good. The service was a little slow, but I suspect it was because it was a busy Valentine’s Day. That said, they had a scaled down menu and I would have expected this to have sped up the service a bit. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend it. The ambiance alone makes it worth a visit.

   The service is horrible which ruined the first visit and birthday celebration . Our service was only present when taking the order, rushed, no helpful recommendation, felt like she didn’t want to be there at all yet she was quick to set the bill and demanded for the bill to be signed while we were still enjoying the newly served chocolate fondue just because she’s going in a break. Mind you she was missing for the entire time and it was not busy at all! During the visit she was no where to be found to clear the small table they squish us for the next course, nor during refills. The other servers and host were busy to themselves fiddling w/with costumes to be too concern of servicing the customer. When we asked if we could move to a larger table for comfort, we were denied claiming it was reserved but there were no parties that arrived during the time we were there. In fact they seated a party of SIX in the same 4 table section by the tree we were in. The food was good but not for the price you pay and the non existent services. Visit the renaissance faire, it is must cheaper, better ambiance with a higher possibility of getting friendlier service than this snotty bar wanna be fairytale place crawling with entitled servers and hostesses. Very disappointing

   The cutest restaurant I’ve been to! I love the lighted flowered crowns! Everyone was wearing them, it was great! Such a fun experience.

   We had an unfortunate experience at Enchanted Forest last night. It started with being seated at a high-top, and not at a table in the back, as requested. It took some time just to get drinks although our order got taken quite quickly. Unfortunately, our soup and salad arrived with our entree. Apparently our server was behind so everything got delivered at the same time. We don’t know how long things had been sitting, but between sitting on our table and sitting waiting to be picked up, veggies were ice cold and the rest of the food lukewarm. Our server did admit to it being because she was behind and she graciously listened to my concerns and gave us a free dessert. We will give them a second chance.

   Really unique experience. The decor is adorable and the staff were friendly. It’s expensive so it’s not a going to be a regular place for me but a couple times a year for sure. The food was delish! Located in the cute downtown of Placerville.

    It was fun and we enjoyed watching the young kids get excited. The blackberry key lime pie was amazing.
