   Fun evening. Wonderful Menu - super choices of appetizers - could make dinner out of the appetizers. Excellent service. Restaurant is a tad noisy but that unto itself is OK. In the old Bolsa space in Oak Cliff. Worth a drive.

   We had a wonderful experience celebrating my husband's birthday at Encino. Valerie did an amazing job being present but not hovering. She answered questions, sorted our my husband's birthday cake, and made sure everything proceeded smoothly and well-timed. The food was very good (maybe a smidge heavy on the char on the naan bread and devil on horseback). Food was well presented and portion size for mains was very good (apps were a bit small). Lovely dining room - you could go casual or a little dressed up and you would feel comfortable either way. We look forward to returning!

   First time visitor and was very pleasantly surprised. The pancakes are layered with flavor while not losing the gentle sweetness we traditionally think of for this breakfast staple. We also ordered the flatbread breakfast pizza which was savory but subtle. I ordered an express martini which was one of the best I’ve had since the Pebble Beach’s own grill off of the 18th green. Strongly recommend for Sunday Brunch. Service was excellent but unobtrusive.

    We have been dining here since it was Bolsa and now Encina. Never disappoints. Our server, Andrea, was fantastic and the food amazing. Thanks for making my husband’s 60th birthday brunch so special.
