   A memorable experience, once again. Every interaction with the staff was exceptional. And Chef Quinton’s food demonstrated why Michelin recognizes Enigma. Inventive interpretations of classic plates, made from the best ingredients, with a skilled team executing. Biting into the food made me giggle. The Christmas Eve dinner ended with a swag bag that was so surprising. More delicious morsels for home. Looking forward to the next menu so we can return in the new year.

   Had a lovely time, very creative and unique flavors and combinations. Enjoyed the variety of the wait staff, how everyone would come and serve the food, drinks, etc. that yea the open the meal was fantastic. Warm and aromatic and yet sweet and refreshing.

   Blows my mind why Enigma is not rated higher. From our experiences this gives alot of “3 Michelin stars” restaurants in other parts of the world a run for their money

   We had a delightful lunch. The staff was attentive and friendly. The corner table we reserved was perfect. The food was exciting, fresh, and innovative, and of the highest quality. Can’t wait to go back again.

   Exceptional tasting menu with multiple highlights. Quality wine list. Service with welcoming but professional approach. Salmon with horseradish and beet along with wagu were highlights as was a playful, delicious cheese course.

   Enjoyed the tasting menu food at Enigma. Some courses were excellent. The salmon, foie gras, scallop and Wagyu beef courses were outstanding. Others were OK. The miss was the lobster dish which lacked any lobster flavour. The wines offered in the wine pairing were OK, but not impressive. Two sakes, and a rather tasteless white Japanese wine, were excessive for a 10 course meal that was not billed as Japanese. The service was attentive, but seemed rushed, even though the room was half empty on a rainy Tuesday evening. Very annoying, the staff kept trying to remove our wine glasses before they were empty, sometimes without asking. Most of the staff described the dishes so quickly that we certainly missed some of their descriptions. Overall, I would say the value for money was average. My acid test of a restaurant is the answer to this question: Would I dine their again? In this case, the answer is no.

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday with an unforgettable evening at Enigma, where the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for an extraordinary dining journey. We indulged in the exquisite 8-course tasting menu, a masterful showcase of culinary artistry. Each dish was a revelation, with divine flavors and thoughtfully curated wine pairings that elevated every bite. The pacing of the courses was flawless, allowing us to savor and appreciate each creation fully. Among the standout dishes were the richly spiced Cornish Hen Curry, the decadent Nova Scotia Lobster, and the melt-in-your-mouth Tajima Wagyu—each prepared with remarkable precision and creativity. Meeting the head chef was a highlight of the evening, offering a rare glimpse into the vision and passion behind the menu. This experience was nothing short of extraordinary, and we can’t wait to return for another culinary masterpiece.

    Absolutely perfect martini. The food was absolutely superb. First class. Definitely a Michelin star restaurant. Not just delicious but so artistically presented. The service was excellent, professional timely and personal. However, the wine service was definitely subpar and not appropriate for a fine dining establishment such as this. The Chardonnay was poor quality, not chilled and served at room temperature. Moreover, the technique of serving the wine was unsatisfactory.  There are many dining rooms in the city which serve wine far more elegantly.
