   Wow! Appetizers were phenomenal and short rib and burgers were yummy. Drinks unusual and delicious. This is quite a place with some excellent food. Jeremy our server was excellent. We met the chef who was fabulous as well.

   We enjoyed our meal immensely. Our waitress was excellent, and the cocktail menu was fun. The food was good, but felt it was overpriced. We would go there again, especially for cocktails.

   Overall, the food was just ok. Given previous reviews and overall pricing, I would have expected more. Two of our meals (out of a party of six) had to be sent back to be reheated. The vegetarian in our group loved the mushroom tortellini and I had the yellowtail appetized which was also excellent. Vibe was cool, drinks were good.

   Valentines dinner. The his and hers drinks seemed to be made without a sense of taste. Bison cooked to perfection. The rest of the dinner was unmemorable I can’t even rate it. Atmosphere was delightful, but the noise level and the arrangement of the dinning area we sat in lacked comfort. Overall seemed very unoriginal from any other restaurant in Bozeman.

   I would highly suggest eating here as often as you can! The food and the service is so exceptionally consistent. The short rib hummus is to die for the whipped Greek feta salad divine and the gnocchi. Oh my lord. Plus to top it off they offer cannolis which is very hard to find it. Any restaurant in Bozeman? They are large and full of packed flavor. If there's two of you you only need one!

   The atmosphere is cool. Has potential to be a great spot. Very mediocre food. I paid $70 for a New York Strip that should have been $30. It was a large steak but no sear, they don't have horseradish, and mash served with it was dry and tasted like a Christmas tree. Way too much rosemary. My wife had the smash burger and was nothing to write home about either. Far better restaurants in the area.

    The only reason this is a 3 star rating is because of the cocktails and ambiance. The food unfortunately was not good, which is actually a bit of an understatement. It has been a very long time since I have been somewhere and everything our party ordered was worthy of sending back to the kitchen (some of it was, but not all because we felt bad). The charred rainbow carrots were beyond charred, mushy in the middle and not rainbow carrots. They were the giant orange carrots you get from Costco…about a foot long and an inch and a half in diameter. The Oso Buco pasta was over and underdone at the same time, mushy yet got stuck in your teeth. There was one small piece of meat and the rest was fat. The milk braised pork shoulder was cold and dry. The “risotto” it came with was also cold and actually undercooked farro with no sauce. In all the food was beyond disappointing. The cocktails however were amazingly delicious.
