   We had a great experience at Estampa Gaucha! This was my first time dining at a Brazilian steakhouse, and it did not disappoint. The food was flavorful and plentiful, with attentive servers regularly coming by to offer a wide variety of meats. The salad bar was also impressive, featuring not only fresh salad options but also pasta salads, charcuterie selections, and more. The only drawbacks were the $6 charge for water and the fact that refills on other beverages were not included. However, these minor issues didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Great food, great service—we would definitely return!

   It was just okay but for four hundred dollars for four people I really expected more. Parking was a nightmare, service was hit or miss like some of the people were so kind and others were so rude. Unsure if it was like a joint effort or if we had a dedicated server we ended up flagging down ppl most of the time. Unless it’s waters no free refills, no tea at all or anything. Food was either really good or just ok. We mentioned several times that it was a birthday, both in the OpenTable notes and verbally out loud to several servers which is totally fine if they don’t do birthday anything but the table 2 tables over from us got some kind of birthday service which just made our party a little uncomfortable because we booked this whole place only because it was a birthday. I just feel like the price does not weigh out to what we received. I will probably not be coming back. Like I said, though it makes me feel bad because a couple of people there were really kind.

   We love Brazilian Steakhouses. We've eaten at a lot of them-in several states. Estampa was below average compared to the others. We had an early reservation(6pm). When we arrived there were only 3 other occupied dining tables. The buffet was primarily cold food. The only "hot" items were the black beans and basmati rice. No soups. No other hot food items. Hot when referring to the rice and black beans is in quotes because the temperature on both was below warm. That was disappointing. The meats were juicy, hot and varied. Our 'go' remained up during the entire dinner but the meat rotation was slow. Beware!! You will only get one opportunity to sample the lamb chops. They were served to each table once. Even after our table and the guests at the table next to us requested more, we were given lamb steaks and lamb loin instead. the server tried to convince us those cuts were the same as the chops. Insulting. One server said they ran out of chops. Its poor management to run out of ANY item and not inform your guests especially since it was so early in the evening. They were delicious and for the price you should haven been able to get more than one! I have never had that issue at any other Brazilian Steakhouse. We won't be returning.

   This was a recommendation from a colleague of mine and they definitely didn’t disappoint! We were celebrating our Valentine’s Day and we felt welcome, and the waitstaff/Manager (Jesus) made sure we didn’t lift a finger! Needless to say, we’ll be back soon.

   We asked a server about food ingredients for dietary restrictions. Server seemed irritated then never came back to our table. We waited almost 15 mins before flagging down another server who answered us right away. Even after that the original server handled customers around us and would stop by asking about taking our plates but didn’t serve us the rest of the evening. For a $400 dinner we definitely expected better service.
