   Everything was so perfect at Esther's Kitchen: the ambience, the food and the service (especially our server Stacey, who is the best server in the world, so caring and delightful) We had their bread (a must at Esther's, obviously), accompanied by the basil ricotta spread. Amazing! We shared the butter lettuce salad and the flavors exploded in our mouths. So fresh and delicious. Every ingredient appears to be designed explicitly for this salad. My hubby had the Diavola pizza and he loved it! It was too large, so he took the other half home. I had the Girella pasta and OMG! what a fantastic combination and presentation. Unfortunately, we were too full to order dessert, so that would be for the next time. My only complaint would be that the place was way too noisy. But it was because it was packed and people were talking loud across their tables.

   We thought the food was good, service was very average and the atmosphere was also average. We had some friends with food restrictions and the online menu didn’t match what was in the restaurant menu. That was not appreciated. Also our server seemed to have very little patience explaining the menu to our table of 8. Unfortunately the restaurant charges a table of 8 people a 20% tip by default. As such the server didn’t really need to earn their tip and it showed. We will not be back.

   We made reservations three times and then added in another today. Everything we have ever had is fantastic! Love the meatballs. The little Gem salad, all the pasta dishes! Tried brunch today. Highly recommend the lemon ricotta poppyseed pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Bacon crispy and delicious! Our favorite Vegas experience!
