   I spent 4 days In Vegas eating some incredible meals, but Esther’s was far and away the best of the best. I will remember the fresh sour dough for a very long time. The team here is also phenomenal- kind and attentive. If I ever find myself in Vegas again, I’m dining at Esther’s first.

   The staff was quite good. The sourdough bread is very, very good, but of all the schemers to order plain butter would be better. Pizza was good. Pasta a bit overcooked and sauces just okay. We were only whelmed.

   Great food but one issue. We had a reservation for 5 at 2:45pm. No one told us they close at 4 for an hour to transition to dinner. We felt very rushed, we were not able to enjoy our meal. We left with food we would’ve eaten at the table. They should post that they close between services.

   Came back after two years, which was my last time in Vegas. The bread was amazing, the caccio and pepper was very good. But the spaghetti with red sauce was terrible. It needed either more salt or Parmigiano cheese. The pizza was just OK. I had a good experience during my last visit this time was just OK... Not worth time price and effort.

    As always…Esther’s food is fabulous- it never disappoints! I do miss the old stomping grounds, though! 😭 The new location just isn’t the same… Will this keep me away? Absolutely not!
