   Food was decent. I had the whole fish, which I thought was well seasoned and moist. My partner had the rock fish which he just simply was impressed with. Menu was also a little limited. The drinks were amazing. We also ate there for breakfast the next morning because we stayed at the Conrad. Overall, the experience was positive. The staff was pretty friendly. I would say communication regarding reservations could be a lot better. The restaurant is super open. If you are celebrating an anniversary or something like that, and would like something relatively intimate, this may not be the setting. But for all other occasions it’s pretty good.

   Excellent food and service with great views of the shopping district! Will definitely be back for a special treat when back in town. Meal was absolutely fabulous!

   RUN, don't walk to Estuary and feast on the AMAZING Seared Duck Breast with it's incredible dark chocolate and cherry sauce that made me want to lick my plate clean! The Maraichiere Salad looks too pretty to eat but I'm glad that I did! Divine setting, attentive service.

   The food was terrible. I ordered the Ribeye for two and it came out cold. Most anything i ordered came out cold. The drinks were not good enough to be worth the listed price. Dismal experience overall, and I don’t usually do reviews but had to take the time out to express how bad of an experience it was.

   I was excited to dine at Estuary for my husband's birthday. The staff were nice and attentive and the ambiance was good as well. The presentation of the food was good and looked very appetizing. However, the taste fell hort. Our family ordered the table bread, corn chowder, pork belly, steak, chicken, corn (side), spinach, and burger (kids and adults). The taste of the food lacked flavor, especially for the price of it. Ultimately, I was very disappointed in the dinner. Instead of paying for great food, it seemed like we paid for the ambiance and it being located in the Conrad hotel. With that said, my expectation was a nice birthday dinner. I think I would have been better pleased if I went for happy hour and wanted afterwork elevated hotel food.

   Our server was great. She did a good job welcoming us and walking us through the menu, and making suggestions when asked. Food and drinks were great. The kitchen, dining room, and server staff was attentive to detail. Great chef and flavorful food creations. Would recommend!

   Very rude waiters/staff. Bad attitude upon taking order. Spilled the milk a little that came with coffee and did not bother cleaning it up. Staff was just over in corner talking loudly while we were eating breakfast.

    Our server Guillermo was so wonderful. He took such good care of us overall the course of our stay at the hotel. The food was delicious and the presentation was very nice.
