   Once again out of certain glassware such as the proper glassware for a martini. Put the servers in a weird situation when they have to explain they are out of glassware for the appropriate drinks.

   The ambience is beautiful with the food, was lackluster and overpriced based on the overall quality and taste. I have the lobster pasta and the taste was not great very blah and the lobster itself tasted almost as though it was bad

   Drinks were really good. Food quality and portions were ok. Really what you are paying here for is the ambience. But super loud and nothing impressive.

   Sit in the bar area and there is a menu you don’t see online. Still get the same restaurant menu with a few extra items. Overall great food, Caesar salad the best!

   The seating for 2 people is horrible!! You’re right next to another couple or even worse in between two couples you can hear the conversations of the people next you. the seating is way too close to one another. Our server was OK. Went there to celebrate a birthday and was expecting a little happy birthday dessert just how every other fancy restaurant does it but I guess ETTA doesn’t unless we just got back luck with our server. But food and drinks were a 10/10

   Server had little care for our table. One bourbon took over 25 minutes before we were told they were out of that option. Requested medium plus steak and it came out raw. No apologies from the server. Made the night long and disappointing

   This was a business/friend get together. We had a wonderful time from the moment we walked in. We all were impressed with the atmosphere, the decor and welcoming service. Each course was delicious and well presented, the wine list was vast and the sommelier was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Etta for casual business dinners as well a date nights with that someone special. The menu is compact but offers a lot of choices. I will return next time I am in Scottsdale.

    Very disappointed after this place being highly recommended by a couple sources for my husband’s birthday. Initial impressions from the hostess stand to the bartenders while we waiting for our reservation time, weren’t good. We were trying to order some drinks and both bartenders looked our way several times with eye contact and no acknowledgement and served others that came after us first. The bar seats were fairly empty. Ambiance was great. Music was awesome but maybe a bit loud for conversation. Our meals were just OK-I will say the flaming burrata was great along with the waygu meatballs and our salads, beyond that not so much. We had pasta dishes and our Italian palates were underwhelmed. Our server, Kaleigh and her assistant server, Cam, were wonderful.
