   We ate inside, and it was very quiet….. outside tends to be noisier which is the trade off for ambiance. Food excellent (quite pricey, but that’s the trend 😞), and service very good.Drinks were good too 😉

   Another amazing experience at Fabian’s. We had their mocktails - Kiwi-Nojito and the Pomegranate Mule - both absolutely delicious. Starters were the bread and butter, bruschetta, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and brussel sprouts with bacon. For the entrees, we both did the Porterhouse Pork chop special which was the best pork chop I’ve eaten in my life. It was so tender and full of flavor. We always love going to Fabian’s and don’t hold back when we can try new menu items. Chef Carly and her crew added unique flairs to all the dishes that make it so hard to pick which one to order, that’s how we end up finishing all 4 appetizers feeling so happy. The host, servers, and manager all made us feel very welcome and were kind throughout the visit. It is wonderful dining experience all around.

   We have ate here a few times but tonight was terrible. The waitress was missing for literally the entire meal. Someone else brought out a 2nd glass of wine we ordered at 25 min prior. Then the hostess brings our dessert. The waitress never came back til she gave us our bill. We were the only ones eating inside. I’m a waitress, this service was awful and she deserved nothing honestly. The short rib dinner was not very flavorful and the mashed potatoes were disappointing. Runny and lumpy. Just terrible. Tasted like a frozen dinner. Desserts was great. For $300 we were truly sad we came to celebrate my husband’s dinner there. We won’t be back sadly.

   I have been coming here for years and I would say it’s my favorite restaurant in the area. The menus is always changing and the food is always spectacular. The ambiance in the patio makes it a great experience and the service is always top notch. David Dellinger

   It took almost 15 minutes for our server to greet us once we were sat. Then another 20+ minutes before I had to ask the busser for our server so we could place our order. From the time we sat to when we got our food was over an hour an 10 minute. Food was great but servers needs some work. Also we were sat inside and when we stood up to leave there were only 5 tables that had people at them. So I’m still wondering why it took so long for our server.

   Great food and a great ambiance for a date. The all vodka was good and my wife liked the bolognese.

   Fabians is the go to spot in Fair Oaks for enjoyable service and food. All the service personel are excellently trained for your needs and meals. Kudos for your establishment.

    Food came out cold. Avocado toast was not toasted. The side salad was better than the main item. Side of fruit was mushy, like it had been frozen and thawed. Service was extremely slow. We had to ask for basic items like salt, pepper and coffee refills. We used to love this restaurant- we will not be going back after this experience.
